Tracey Sutton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor at Spokane Counseling Hub with over 20 years of experience helping clients create meaningful, lasting change. Known for her grounded presence and results-oriented approach, Tracey specializes in trauma therapy and evidence-based treatment that helps clients move out of survival mode and into sustainable healing.

Tracey is EMDR-trained and integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and trauma-informed care to support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, and life transitions. She is deeply motivated to help clients not just “talk about” their challenges, but actively work toward clear goals, measurable progress, and real relief.

As a clinical supervisor, Tracey brings a thoughtful, supportive, and skill-building approach—helping clinicians strengthen their clinical confidence, sharpen intervention skills, and stay aligned with ethical and effective practice. Her work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a belief that healing happens when clients feel safe, empowered, and equipped with the right tools.
