In-person counseling for individuals and couples. Spokane Counseling Hub therapy provides you with a safe space to explore yourself, heal, process grief, and get support through recovery or whatever it is that is holding you back. You will learn tools and skills to have the happiest, healthiest you. Some of the more common issues are addiction, anxiety, abuse, communication, severe stress, PTSD, body image issues, self-esteem, and loneliness.

These issues all will continue to prevent you from feeling in tune with yourself, and feeling like you can and will be the person you want to be. Some issues you face that bring you into our therapy offices will be easier to conquer, and we can do so in a few therapy sessions. However often, other, deeper wounds reveal themselves as you let yourself explore your inner hurdles, requiring more time and attention.
